Scheduler

The role
To schedule UK based engineers work flow - all disciplines:
Maintenance, Installations and Surveys
Make sure engineers have the time, stock and equipment they need to carry out their jobs
Liaise internally to make sure engineers can carry out their jobs
Raise jobs entries on proprietary internal system
Work on client systems to report job results
Preparation of customer reports - weekly and monthly
Maintain key relationships with counterparts at core customer

Skills
Mid to good level understanding of basic networking, WiFi and technology
Preferably set up and configured SoHo networks
Good understanding of Office suite of products
Good knowledge of UK geography
Customer focused
Understanding of customer account management

Experience
1st line technical customer support
Carried responsibility for customer relationships
Worked within a technical environment

Personal attributes
Keen interest in the technology and software in general
Willing to play an integral role within the team
