Maintenance This is our USP. We are not a break fix company – we are more than that– very rarely is it a hardware issue (less than 2% for in life equipment). We DIAGNOSE the problem, and then we fix it. Our engineers have the knowledge to deal with over 13,000 configuration and solution design templates. Constantly sharing best practise and estate issues via our engineer forum and in house manual they identify common trends and faults and support each other. Our maintenance engineers are experienced, pro-active and determined Unlike many other WiFi companies we have our own team of full time, non zero hour contract engineers for installation and maintenance work. Our team of engineers covers the UK and the Republic of Ireland, so we can arrive on site quickly and get to work allowing us to meet stringent SLA’s. We have also operated outside of the UK for international customers. Our engineers are fully trained in diagnostic testing, and we have an extensive knowledge-base to draw upon from numerous networks deployed since 2004.
Monitoring We monitor networks 24/7, using our own monitoring system or those of our clients. Our experience allows us to quickly prioritize problems, and perform root cause analysis when multiple alarms are triggered.
